After being quiet for months, Sony reveals its future of gaming with the Playstation 5.
Back in March, Sony and PS5 lead system architect Mark Cerny provided a deep dive into PS5’s system architecture and how it will shape the future of games. As informative it was, people were looking for games running on the PS5.
In May, during Summer Game Fest, Geoff Keighley with Epic CEO Tim Sweeney, Epic CTO Kim Libreri and Epic VP of Engineering Nick Penwarden announced Epic’s newest game engine: Unreal Engine 5. In this demo, “Lumen in the Land of Nanite”, showed the first gameplay on the PS5.
But the wait is finally over. Sony reveals the Playstation 5.
