Usually, I would be excited over this sort of thing but given the climate of fear that is bombarding us daily in the media, it is hard to prioritize this over say something like an end to quarantine. But being a gamer we often at times don’t even know the time of day after a long gaming session and we all know we need to stretch our gaming dollar even further this year. Even so, this year I had to have Bishop tell me about the summer sale leak and subsequent confirmation as I had been oblivious to the usual fanfare around this event. I am sure seeing how long the drive-thru is at Tim Horton during this pandemic that this sale will be record-breaking for Valve Software, enough so to cause an untimely crash and/or lag on the servers once the sale goes live at 1 pm EST on June 25, 2020.
The entirety of the Steam Summer Sale will run from June 25 through July 9. Here is hoping you might find a few PC gems reasonably priced to pass the time way. Time to clean up or add additions to my wish list.
