
Earlier today coming out from their official Twitter, Summer Game Fest announces the return of the stay home, digital show Summer Game Fest 2021 on June 10. The inaugural festival, masterminded by Geoff Keightley, debut in May. The festival ran for 4 months and shared digital news, in-game events, playable content and more for gamers staying home and safe during the global pandemic. The world still dealing with the on-going crisis, Summer Game Fest will be again a digital event for gamers to stay home and get up dates from the festival’s 30 partners. Announcements, playable demos available and special in-game events are some of the events available during this festival.

To start the event, Weezer will be premiering and performing a brand new song which is appearing on a gaming soundtrack for an upcoming game
As of this writing, a couple of events have already been listed for June on Summer Game Fest’s website:
June 10: Kickoff Live! – Hosted by Geoff Keightley with world premiers and a performance from Weezer
June 12: Ubisoft Forward – The first look of Ubisoft’s upcoming lineup
June 16: Stream Next Fest – Contains lots of demos for 6 days
June 22: EA Play Live – EA summer showcase of EA’s upcoming games
