As rumoured from different outlets in the gaming world, Sony has come with important changes about the futures for PS3, PS Vita and PSP platforms. In a recent email sent out by Sony to their PlayStation members, Sony has decided to shutdown the PlayStation stores of the PS3 and PS Vita. The PS3 store will be shutdown on July 2, 2021 and the PS Vita store shutdown on August 27, 2021.

Important Changes:
- No longer be able to make digital purchases after July 2nd for PS3 and August 27 for PS Vita and PSP
- Still have access to all previous owned content for those devices after the closure
